Pencil Sharpener

A simple, easy pencil sharpener you can make in 20 minutes. Learn how to make a pencil sharpener for your next class. 

Materials Needed

» Scissors

» Hot-glue gun

» Hot glue sticks

» Tic-Tac container 

» Plastic handheld pencil sharpener  

» Washi tape

∗TIPS: Make sure to use the hot-glue gun properly. If needed ask for parent supervision.  

Instructions: 

1. Gather your materials.

2. Empty Tic-Tac container. Carefully, tear off the logo.  

3. Clean out Tic-Tac container with hot water and gently wipe it, until its dry. 

4. Take out the white cap. Position your pencil sharpener towards the center of the opening on the Tic-Tac container. 

5. Insert a hot-glue stick into the back of the hot-glue gun. Use a hot-glue gun to attach the sharpener to the Tic-Tac container. 

6. Let it sit for a few minutes. 

7. For additional details, decorate the Tic-Tac container using any art materials.
